On October 31, 2018, US District Judge Mark H. Cohen ordered an Amazon Seller to pay Mr. Breloski's client $2,050,149.00 in monetary damages.  Judge Cohen also canceled Defendant's US trademark registration due to fraud on the USPTO in filing his application.  Finally, the Court ordered a permanent injunction against defendant.

Defendant, a Canadian citizen, now faces the Court's orders as a Canadian Court recognized the US District Court's Order.  Other than selling in the US and taking certain actions in the US, Defendant Amazon Seller has no other ties to the US.

The underlying case was brought before the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and it's Civil Action Number is 1:18-cv-02008-MHC.  The Court's Final Order is Document 23.
